Kratom Tea

How to Make Kratom Tea and Enjoy Its Health Benefits
Kratom tea is very famous in south Asia and next to chewing the Kratom leaves, many people prefer to prepare this drink so that they can add  honey or  juice to mask the smell and taste of Kratom. You should know that such additives do not affect the potency of tea. If you find it hard to consume Kratom powder, pies or capsules, then the Kratom tea is what you need. Now, one thing that you should know is that the tea is bitter and if you cannot stand it, cool it a bit and then drink it all at once. If you feel that the lingering bitterness is too much, you may wash it with honey or juice.

There are different recipes for preparing Kratom tea on the internet. Different recipes will propose different measures of the Kratom powder or crushed leaves. The most important thing for you to know is not to dilute your Kratom drink too much. Depending on how strong you would like your dose to be, there will be different methods of preparing your tea. Even if you are doing this for the first time, you need not worry because there are many dosage and preparation instructions for Kratom tea on the internet and in other resources too.

Do you know that the way you prepare your Kratom tea will determine the taste? For example, if you boil your tea vigorously, then that tea will be very bitter. That is why you will find many recipes advocating that you boil your tea gently. It is also important that you make sure that no Kratom is wasted. For example, if you are using Kratom leaves to boil your tea, you should boil gently for about 15 minutes, filter that liquid into a bowl and then put the Kratom leaves in the pot again, boil in 500 ml of water and squeeze the leaves again. You can combine the two servings and boil again to about 100 or 150 ml of water and you have your Kratom tea. You can even eat the leaves to make sure nothing goes to waste at all.

The good thing with Kratom tea is that you can freeze it and store it for some time, to drink in the future. Depending on the grade of the Kratom leaves or powder that you use, you will have tea of varying strength, starting with mild, moderate and strong dose. If you use the red vein Kratom extract, that gives you the strongest dose. If you are preparing tea for more servings, you know, like for 2 or more people, you will have to use double the amount of powder or leaves.

For one person serving of Kratom tea, you can use about 8 g of Kratom powder or leaves, depending on your preference. Put that in the pot and then add one cupful of water in the pot. Boil for about 15 minutes, stir it and then let it simmer for some time. Your tea is now ready to drink. If you used crushed Kratom leaves, you can eat the residues to make use of everything.
